Christie Heiner has spent more than 20 years at the intersection of recruitment, HR and real estate. She has led hiring functions for some of Queensland's largest real estate groups, placed hundreds of candidates across every level of the industry, and built a business that has grown entirely through referrals since its founding in 2019.
CJR exists because Christie saw a gap. Brisbane's real estate businesses deserved a recruiter who understood the industry from the inside — not a generalist agency learning on the job. Someone who could give honest advice, make considered placements, and be genuinely accountable for outcomes.

Career
Founded CJR to provide Brisbane's real estate industry with specialist recruitment focused on business support and administration. Grown exclusively through referrals. Over 600 placements made across Property Management, BDM, EA, administration and senior support roles.
Sourced and placed candidates across a broad network of real estate industry professionals. Matched high-calibre candidates with reputable agencies and independent businesses across South East Queensland.
Led end-to-end recruitment across one of Queensland's largest real estate groups — covering senior management, administration, sales and customer service. Provided strategic HR advice to executive leadership and developed policies and procedures across the organisation.
Managed recruitment, staff administration and training delivery across four locations. Implemented systems and procedures to standardise operations and customer service across the organisation.
